THE FLOATWORKS - The world's leading Flotation Centre. It's a beautiful centre located at london bridge and I can't recommend the riches of floating highly enough. An amazing experience that shifts our brainwaves from beta to the slower, more relaxing and creative theta and beta. The experience always leaves me feeling extremely relaxed and transports me into a smoother, lighter and more delightful sense of the world.
VIOLET HILL STUDIOS - Based in St John's Wood this is a Centre for Healing Arts with a huge variety of therapists providing everything from Alexander Technique to Bowen, from Cranial sacral Therapy to Naturopathy. There are also workshops you can attend.
Retreat Centres
HAWKWOOD COLLEGE- Based in the Cotswalds this beautiful centre offers a year-round programme of courses in creative exploration. You can study everything from Astrology, Painting , Toning, to Dramatherapy and Dancing the Rainbow.
OXON HOATH - A fabulous place to go for a retreat weekend. It is splendid luxury but affordable and included is a choice of 3 treatments and 2 classes. Beautiful food and majestic surroundings available once a month throughout the year in sevenoaks.
GAUNTS HOUSE - We aim to provide a space of peace and harmony, with an emphasis on self-realisation and global evolution". You can stay for a retreat for a min of 2 days, participate in yoga and see a selection of local therapists. Their summer gathering is particularly beautiful located in dorset.
OSHO LEELA - Based in Dorset this is a very lively centre that explores the philosophy of Osho. There are also massage, Biodanza and comedy weekend workshops. It is an outstanding place for a small summer festival and a dip into different types of active meditation.
VARIETY COTTAGE - A small but charming centre in Dorset close to beautiful beaches. Organic food is served where possible and you can receive Massage, Polarity Therapy and Body Alignment Therapy. There is also a large practice room for Yoga, Tai Chi, Chigong and other dynamic practices

ESTHER DE ANGELIS - YOGA BRILLIANCE - Yes you have guessed it I am a yogini as well. I have been practising yoga for 17 years and been teaching since 2000. I have taught yoga to adults and children at all levels. My practise is a synthesis of hatha and tantra yogic systems whereby I encourage my students to hold the asana associated with the particular chakra or energy centre. We use guided visualisation and breathwork and develop you sensitivity and awareness of the movement and aliveness of the energy in your body. I teach privately in hampstead, London.

I am an absolute fan of this organisation and it attracts the most amazingly gifted people from every profession. THE BIG GREEN GATHERING - A fantastic festival centred around ecology, healing, creativity and activism. Definitely worth a visit to tune into the sense of community, stretch your creative muscles and perhaps attend one of the many informative lectures. In the healing field you can sample all sorts of body and emotionally pampering therapies and make a donation. There is a superb children's field with tens of inspiring activities throughout the day.
THE SUNRISE FESTIVAL- An outstanding festival of creative and musical expression. Feast on tthe stunning sacred geometry of the site. Tantalise your ears with the amazing array of bands on offer..... This is the best and most good value of the summer festivals, although i could be biased because I played here myself in the summer of 2006.
WOMAD FESTIVAL - Without doubt the best of the music festivals on offer. At WOMAD yu see world class musicianship in all its guises - everything from Asian dub to African guitars, from celtic funk to brazilian dance music. I have been visiting WOMAD for over a decade and can't praise it enough - especially after the divine loos they mounted there this year. Lovely stalls of colourful clothes and crafts, fascinating musical instruments and furniture. I am always thrilled by at least 2 or 3 acts each year.
BUDDHA FIELDS - a small festival with a very gentle and intimate vibe. As ever you can do workshops in a variety of healing and artistic disciplines. Learn circus skills, drumming, contact dance, chi gong and the list goes on. Some fabulous music is on offer throughout each day and evening, campfires, singing and connecting with people who are actively exploring alternative ways of living..
