Biography

I have been coaching clients professionally for 5 years and feel it is powerful, rewarding and exhilarating work to do in the world. It is an integral part of an 18 year career in the exciting fields of creativity and personal development. I have devised and taught pioneering seminars in Catalysing Creativity, Work/Life Balance and Envisioning Dynamic Futures for the past 9 years and have lectured at well known shows such as The Feel Good Show, The mbs Festival and Alternatives. My excellent training and qualifications span the fields of motivational training, co-counselling, hypnotherapy, life coaching, NLP and other personal growth models. I hold a Certificate and a Diploma in Life Coaching and a Diploma in Performance Coaching from Newcastle College. More recently I have trained and developed my skills and knowledge with Michael Breen for a Masters in Business NLP and have begun a very relevant journey into the art of non-violent communication (NVC). I am passionate about causing powerful transformation in people's lives and consequently have developed my public speaking skills with Toastmasters to become an Advanced Speaker.

Subtracting the Numbers, Adding the Art

I hold a degree in Accountancy and trained with a top six Chartered Accountancy firm before I made a profound shift in my own life and discovered the joy of creativity. Drama School was my next step and exploring the arena of drama and creative expression I was particularly inspired to work within the field of education and conflict resolution. I also launched my career as a prolific artist back in 1989 and have successfully exhibited my work here and internationally. Today I am part of the Visionary and Outsider Art Scene and am proud of my two Art Cars - you may have spotted them on the roads in London and the UK or at britain's first ever Art Car Parade in 2007. I am currently studying for a Masters in Fine Art and Media Studies with the aim of exploring the ancient tradition of viewing the Mandala or sacred circle as a means of understanding life and the universe. I am also incorporating shamanism, chakra work and my passion for personal development. I hope to discover new means, methods and meanings to create installations and performances that are powerful contemporary vehicles for self-discovery and celebration.

Variety is the Spice of Life

I am committed to realising my absolute potential in life and therefore have not been afraid to explore, expand and look for new areas in which to realise my skills. Aside from my work as an artist and facilitator I have been a web designer, designing sites for a range of clients in the Arts, Music and Healing industries. After the internet explosion in 2000 and web design taking a more commercial and competitive turn, I then chose to begin teaching two of my major passions, yoga and dance. I still teach these beautiful mbs disciplines because they nourish me as much as my clients, both adults and children. I also have taught, coached and mentored teenagers part- time for three years in a Sports and Arts Academy in London.

The Love of my Life

I have been happily married to Davide for 9 years and we share our passions for adventurous travel, amazing art, beautiful nature, personal growth, creating and performing awesome live music and exploring the mysteries and science of the universe. My Epitaph

I am enlivened by participating fully in life whether it be self expression through drumming and singing or teaching art to 6 year olds, whether it be raising money for ecological projects, planning a skydive or speaking at Toastmasters Public speaking Club. On my grave I would like the epitaph "esther served the purpose of inspiring creative freedom and expanding healing wisdom, diving into love."
